Florida Off-Road Foundation Fulfillment Policy

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions, either therein or in a separate written contract. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to und ertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing laws of the State of Florida. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same. 

Fulfillment Policy

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority as we take all complaints very seriously. This Fulfillment Policy (the “Policy”) informs you about our rules and guidelines relating to the refunds for products purchased from our Company. Please read this Policy carefully to understand your rights and also understand the requirements for the refund. Our services are billed in U.S. Dollars.

Delivery Policy

At Florida Off-Road Foundation, we deliver products to customers via USPS, UPS, or any other package delivery company, at our discretion. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive a tracking number. We are not responsible for damaged or defective items due to mistakes made by third party delivery companies.

Refunds & Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 – 60 days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@floridaoffroadfoundation.org with your order information.


Notwithstanding other provisions of this Policy, we may refuse to grant returns or refunds if: 

  • You received what you ordered, but simply changed your mind about the product.
  • You did not like your purchase or realized you had no use for it.
  • You received the product and failed to make a report within 30 days from the date of receipt.

How to Request a Refund

If you are dissatisfied with a product that you received and you are eligible for a refund under this Policy, you must send an email to info@floridaoffroadfoundation.org with your order information and request for a return and we will verify your information. Refunds are issued at our discretion as they may be accepted or rejected.
